Step 1: Free 15-Minute Consultation

We begin with a no-cost phone or video consultation to discuss your concerns and determine if we’re the right fit. If we move forward, we’ll explain the recommended evaluation plan and cost.

Step 2: Digital Onboarding

You’ll receive secure digital forms to complete before testing, including background questionnaires, consent forms, and policy documents.

Step 3: Testing Sessions

Testing is done virtually and may include 1–3 sessions, depending on your specific needs. These include standardized assessments and clinical interviews.

Step 4: Feedback Session & Final Report

Within 5 business days, we’ll meet to go over your report and explain all findings, diagnoses (if any), and recommendations. You’ll leave with documentation that is actionable and easy to understand.
